Patrick Starzan is the Vice President of Marketing and Distribution for Funny Or Die. He has been with Funny Or Die for over six years, and was hired to develop the company’s marketing department. Under Starzan’s leadership, Funny Or Die has become a social media powerhouse with approximately 8.3 million Twitter followers making it the #1 Comedy Brand on Twitter and over 9.5 million Facebook fans, and over 1 million Tumblr followers. Starzan and his team work hand in hand with Funny Or Die’s production team, developing strategic marketing plans for all content, including celebrity videos, branded entertainment, television series, films, and comedy tours among others.
Prior to Funny Or Die, Starzan worked for Delivery Agents, an entertainment e-commerce company. Born and raised in Port Jervis, NY, Starzan has an undergraduate degree from Hamilton College and an MBA from Notre Dame.

Michael Crooks is the industry practice leader for the HP Enterprise Services Social Enterprise Practice. His practice provides strategic and transformation services, helping enterprises tap into the power of social media related analytics, collaboration and business strategy.
Michael is the core designer and practice leader for the HP Interactive Media Command Center (IMCC), rebranded for NASCAR as the Fan and Media Engagement Center (FMEC).
Prior to HP, Michael was a Director at Gartner, leading Enterprise Collaboration, Sourcing, IT Strategy and Human Capital Management. His expertise was also used to define the sourcing and collaboration strategies for major programs, including a well noted multi-billion dollar entertainment facilities transformation for one of the world’s largest parks and resorts companies.

Brian Swarth is Vice President, Group Director, Digital Services, Showtime Networks Inc. Swarth oversees all mobile, digital creative and marketing, technology and production, iTV and digital content production groups within the Digital Media Group, as well as driving external digital partnerships.

Prior to joining SHOWTIME, Swarth served as Managing Director of Digital Client Strategy at Zemoga, where he provided strategic and tactical leadership and oversaw creative, production and development for the agency’s media and entertainment practice. In this role he was responsible for developing digital integrated marketing campaigns for clients that included IAC, Rodale Publishing, Meredith Publishing, A&E Networks and AMC Networks. Previously, he served as Senior Director, Strategy and Business Operations – Content Distribution and Marketing for MTV Networks (MTVN), where he partnered with sales, marketing and senior management to implement and expand Viacom’s cable networks’ content distribution strategy. During his tenure, Swarth was part of the core sales and strategy team that launched EPIX. He held prior roles at MTVN Affiliate Marketing and Warner Bros. Pictures Interactive Marketing.

Swarth is also an executive committee member of Music For Relief, a grassroots organization started by Linkin Park, which has raised over five million dollars for disaster relief and recovery, as well as environmental issues around the globe.

Swarth earned a B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
